Hello

This modification modifies Icy Tower v1.3.1 so that only each second floor will be present
To use the mod, extract the executable to the Icy Tower 1.3.1 folder, and run it from there.

Funny idea!  Very Happy

But: Are replays compatible with the normal version? In this case will we have a little JC2-verifivation-problem, because I guess it will be a lot easier with this mod... Whoopedobedoo!

Edit: Okay, it is not compatible. So, thanks, it is fun to play! Smile

Yes, unless the player falls down where there is no floor in this mod, but should be one in the normal version

Yeah, but chances are incredible low that a sparse-replay will play until the end in the normal version... Smile

Could you try doing the same, but with every third floor? PRO[/u]

I think this mod improves your combo ability. I played it for about 20 minutes and then switched back to normal. Combo 255 Twisted

Actually this was made because some Slovak player asked me if there's such a mod or if I could do it. Obviously, I can't. But I knew RaMMicHaeL could, so I asked him. Thanks again Very Happy
I'll mirror it at IcyTower.cz in the next update.

I tried playing few games yesterday and I made it to 284 JC2 (lol, I suck, hence my real game JC2 record is higher).

*takes on L expression* Tomy, you're lying. You can't possibly have an odd combo in a mod with even floors only. That does not clear you of suspicion of being Kira, though. You may still be faking it. It's up to 2 percent now.

I told Icyguy the same, when he announced his 239 FML with it. However, I meant, that I did a 255 combo in the normal version Wink

Rammichael, I wanna know, How do you make the Trainer 7+ work? And i wanna know why when I click "Super Floor" or anything! It performs an Illegeal operation! It says, "icytowertrainer.exe has generated errors and will be shut-down by windows. An Error Log is being created." Or something like that. FYI: I am using Windows 2000 64MB RAM. Direct X 9. And a Voodoo Banshee Video Card.

And, on-topic! I wanna know why it the Trainer and ISC work with Sparse Floor Mode and with nothing else? Is it some code you made? Huh? I'm comfused... Confused  Sorry for OTness... Sad Very Happy

P.S. I know, I know, I shoulda PMed him, I figured this would catch his eye better. Wink

I'm not RaMMicHaeL, but I might answer. Smile

When you opened Trainer, press "Attach" if you already have opened window of IT, or "Run" if you don't have one (so IT game will open itself). Then press any button you want to, depends on what you want to do (freeze the world, for example), but for some of them you have to enter the value 1st (for example, changing gravity).

Hope I helped. Wink

Icyguy, make sure you have version 1.3.1, not 1.3. The Trainer, ISC and other things are all made for version 1.3.1, thus they don't work with version 1.3-based EXE's.

TomyT: How often you don't get a joke? Wink

Nice idea!
But I was actually quite a bit frustrated when I tried to land a 400+ combo and just couldn't find a way to do this. Laughing

Anyway, it's definitely good for practicing JC2 and JC4. Smile
