It's not funny in the least - the only awesome thing I can think of is the fact that it has 300 floors - which may subconsciously be a reference to Sparta.

AFAIK, it's gibberish, not Esperanto. For example: when the subtitles say "300th floor" the voice says something related to "Sparta".

Anyway, I dislike Achmed and Salim even from before, some Israely crappy spoof about terrorists...
If they were funny, sure, but...it's just not. 
But I guess some people must like it, and now with Icytower, too!
