After the corrections had all been approved and the first releases tested the game was finally given a green light and we've begun the porting process - this is, the process of making dozens of versions of the game, so that it'd work on all mobile devices available on the market, all several hundreds of them.
So, there might be no "most up-to-date" version at all.
And maybe the highest existing version number does not indicate a latest (or even a recent) release at all. But I have totally no knowledge in this matter, so I shan't speak.
