Various forms of percentage-based scoring systems similar to K+ are used in tournaments and other events.
Training mods (version 1.3):
ISC (Initial Speed Changer) -
an utility that lets you start on a higher hurryup speed than usual- numbers mean which speed you start one (generally using Mode 2)
